The Dough With a Story
At Pizza Fling, we use a custom blend of premium Italian flours, specially crafted to create a super light, flavorful, and easy-to-digest crust. Our unique mix is low in it's "Maglia Glutinica" — meaning the gluten network in the dough is less dense and more relaxed.
The result?
A crust that’s soft yet crisp, beautifully golden, and gentle on the stomach — without ever compromising on flavor or that satisfying crunch.

Fling Thin– light, crispy, and full of flavor with every bite.
Fling Thick – fluffy, golden, and crunchy, for a heartier, more indulgent experience.
